Green Heaven Hoi An Resort And Spa, Hoi An

My stay at Green Heaven was fantastic! The hotel is situated perfectly in the old quarter, making it super convenient for exploring everything Hoi An has to offer. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff members were incredibly attentive and helpful. The only downsides were that I would have appreciated more sustainable practices regarding toiletries, like keeping the soap we already had. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my time here and would happily return.

The hotel was in a prime location, just a short walk from the Old Quarter and Japanese Bridge. While the pool area was appealing and the staff made efforts to be helpful, the overall experience was marred by issues in the room and dining quality. The breakfast left much to be desired, and the noisy environment hindered a good night's sleep.

My stay at Green Heaven Hotel was truly delightful. It’s ideally located near the vibrant Old Town, making it easy to explore the amazing architecture, cobblestone streets, and enjoy the lively atmosphere, especially at night. The staff was incredibly accommodating and always eager to help with any questions or requests. However, while the breakfast buffet had many great options, there were a couple of mishaps with some beverages. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel seems tired and not representative of its 4-star rating, with rude staff and unkempt common areas. On the upside, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town, but honestly, there are much better options available for a similar price.
